Qualifications

• Experience as (Assistant) Front Office Manager.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage.

• Willing to work in an interim role.

• Lead the Front Office team with professional and disciplinary responsibility.
• Act as the main guest contact for front desk, concierge, and administration.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and upselling performance to improve results.
• Collaborate with Hotel Management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
