NH Hotels & Resorts in Utrecht is seeking a Front Office professional to welcome international guests and manage their stay from check-in to check-out, with a warm, helpful attitude.

In this role you handle mornings and evenings, manage arrivals, respond to calls and emails, and coordinate with the Desk Manager and other departments. Training is provided, with growth opportunities worldwide; salary follows Horeca CLA scale 5.

Qualifications

• Experience and a relevant education are useful.
• You will work in a Front Office role with alternating shifts.
• You are interested in computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist international guests from check-in to check-out.
• Handle phone calls and emails during shifts.
• Prepare handovers and assist in daily desk operations.
