Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in The Hague is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Intern to help deliver exceptional guest experiences. After training, you will check guests in and out, handle administrative tasks, and assist with information and upselling.

You’ll work with international guests, maintain a friendly team atmosphere, and contribute to service excellence with a focus on accuracy and a welcoming attitude.

Qualifications

• You are a student.
• You are available to start as soon as possible.
• You are an approachable person.
• You get energy from working with (international) guests.
• You are accurate and flexible.
• You have a perfect command of the English language; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great guest experience and assist in Front Office operations.
• After a training period, you will check in and out independently and handle all necessary admin tasks.
• Maintain close contact with guests and answer their questions, providing information.
• You will learn upselling and complaint handling.
• Create a great team atmosphere so all guests are welcomed with a smile.
