Job summary

DP World is seeking a Supervisor in inbound operations to lead daily warehouse activities, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient receiving and storage. You will guide a diverse team and partner with supervisors and support functions to meet customer expectations.

You will monitor KPIs, drive improvements, and coach permanent and agency staff to build a high-performing environment, with a focus on engaging leadership and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in warehouse/logistics environments.
• Strong communication across diverse cultures and teams.
• Experience with KPIs and warehouse software to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inbound warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, safety, and service targets.
• Coach and support a team of about 25 employees per shift, fostering engagement and growth.
• Clearly communicate priorities, policies, and changes to a multicultural workforce.
• Build cross-team relationships and adapt communication styles for different audiences.
• Resolve operational and people-related challenges with a constructive approach.
• Monitor KPIs and reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Utilize WMS, reporting tools, and MS Excel to inform decisions and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Planning, and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Support development, onboarding, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and ownership of opportunities.
