Job summary

DHL Supply Chain De Schakel in Eindhoven is looking for a Teamleader Inbound to drive the warehouse operation and develop the team. You’ll monitor processes, coach staff, and maintain a safe, positive work environment while aligning with shifts and planning.

The role reports to the Shift Manager and leads ~20 Operators, focusing on continuous improvement and teamwork. Fluent English, at least 1 year of leadership experience in logistics, and reliability are essential for success in this dynamic

• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor processes and coordinate with fellow Teamleaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach team members on their performance and personal development.
• Create a safe and positive working environment where everyone feels welcome.
• Conduct performance, absence and development conversations.
• Keep personnel planning and time registration up to date.
• Lead a team of ~20 Warehouse Operators and report to the Shift Manager.
• Collaborate to improve processes and develop the team and workplace culture.
