Job summary

DSV in Venlo is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to manage an international team in a largely automated facility. You will combine people management with logistics insight, ensuring processes, performance and teamwork come together each day.

You’ll coordinate daily inbound/outbound activities, coach your team, resolve disruptions, monitor KPIs like productivity and lead times, and serve as the link between the warehouse supervisor and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of logistics processes and affinity with automated systems.
• Strong English communication skills and a coaching leadership style.
• Proactive mindset and the ability to switch quickly.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and allocate daily activities within inbound and/or outbound.
• Lead, motivate and coach your team.
• Identify and resolve operational disruptions.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, quality and lead times.
• Act as the first point of contact for colleagues and the warehouse supervisor.
