Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Venlo is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-performing, multi-national team in a modern, highly automated warehouse. You will coach Team Leaders and Warehouse Operators, drive productivity, and ensure safety and quality targets are met.

You will monitor performance, analyze results and implement improvements while coordinating with other departments to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within warehousing or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and improve operations.
• Excellent coaching and communication abilities, with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Leaders and Warehouse Operators.
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality and safety and take corrective actions.
• Ensure optimal workforce planning and efficient resource allocation.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects within the warehouse operation.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational objectives.
