• Strong communication skills to engage, influence, coach, and adapt across diverse backgrounds.
• Experience working with operational KPIs, reporting tools, and warehouse management systems to support performance management.
• Proactive mindset with initiative to solve problems and drive improvements independently.
• Commitment to people development, collaboration, and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inbound warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, safety, and service targets.
• Coach and support a team of around 25 employees per shift, fostering an engaging, valued environment.
• Communicate priorities, policies, and process changes to a multicultural workforce clearly.
• Build relationships across teams and adapt communication to audiences and situations.
• Resolve operational and people-related challenges using constructive, solution-focused approaches.
• Monitor KPIs and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Use WMS, reporting tools, and Excel to support decision making and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Planning, and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Support employee development, onboarding, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and ownership of opportunities without waiting for direction.
• Provide leadership coverage to maintain business continuity.
