DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Maastricht Airport is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a multi-client warehouse team. You will coach Team Leaders and staff, drive safety, quality and productivity, and ensure smooth daily operation.

You will monitor KPI performance, plan workforce effectively, and lead continuous improvement projects while collaborating with customers and internal teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within warehousing or logistics.
• Knowledge of logistics processes and ability to analyse and improve operational performance.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Experience with KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• A good command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Leading, coaching and developing Team Leaders and operational employees.
• Monitoring KPIs related to productivity, quality and safety and taking corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensuring optimal workforce planning and efficient resource allocation.
• Initiating and leading continuous improvement projects within the warehouse operation.
• Maintaining close collaboration with customers and internal departments to achieve operational objectives.
