Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader in The Netherlands to guide a team of 15-20 operators in the inbound department for a new process.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, and generate reports from the warehouse management system while ensuring safety and adherence to standards. The role emphasizes communication, energy, and the ability to drive improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Vocational education level (MBO+) or higher education level (HBO).
• At least three years of experience as a team leader, working foreman, or supervisor.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (such as Excel and PowerPoint) and warehouse management systems, enabling you to create reports and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 15-20 Warehouse Operators in the inbound department for a new process.
• Create reports and extract results from the warehouse management system.
• Ensure safety on the work floor and discuss improvements with the Operations Manager.
