Job summary

Last Mile Solutions is seeking a Solutions Engineer in a hybrid role to translate business and technical needs into practical, scalable solutions. You will participate in pre-sales, deliver technical demos, and guide onboarding and complex projects for partners across the Benelux.

The role requires strong problem solving, customer interaction skills, and experience explaining technical topics to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in a technical solution-oriented role.
• Experience working with customers or partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clarify customer and partner challenges and map them to workable solutions.
• Lead technical demonstrations and design tailored solutions.
• Own onboarding and delivery, guiding technical onboarding.
• Gather feedback from partners to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver aligned solutions.
• Lead complex implementations and migrations with high-quality outcomes.
• Create technical documentation and training materials.
• Travel occasionally within the Benelux.
