Job summary

osapiens seeks a Senior Solution Engineer for Benelux/Nordics, based in Amsterdam, to be the technical face in enterprise deals with local AEs. Translate regulatory and efficiency requirements into concrete value from the osapiens HUB in the customer landscape, in their language and within regulatory reality.

You will live in-country, on-site when valuable, and own the osapiens HUB for your geography, feeding market insights back to Product and the SE org.

Qualifications

4+ years experience in solution engineering, presales, consulting (tech focused) or sales engineering for B2B enterprise SaaS.
Native or fully professional command of the primary business language(s) of your country, plus fluent English.
Demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise deals end-to-end, including POCs and security reviews; comfortable with deal sizes north of €250K.
Working understanding of regulatory landscape in your country across Carbon Management, Product Compliance, Supply Chain Compliance, Reporting and Disclosures.
Strong technical fluency: REST APIs, SAP, identity management (SSO), cloud architecture (AWS or Azure).

Responsibilities

Be the Solution Engineering owner of your country’s enterprise opportunities from tailoring deep dives to final decision.
Deliver tailored demonstrations of the osapiens HUB for local culture, language and procurement norms.
Own end-to-end proofs-of-concept in your region with local value drivers.
Navigate customer integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems that matter in your vertical.
Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and IT-Integration topics in the local language.
