Job summary

Lucid in Amsterdam is seeking a smart, inquisitive Solutions Engineer to join the EMEA SE team. You will demo the Lucid product suite and craft business solutions for customers while working closely with sales. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at the Amsterdam office two days per week.

You will become a product expert, deliver custom demos, and help accelerate growth. Strong communication, 2-3 years in a similar role, Agile familiarity, and a STEM degree are

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to craft technical demos and translate customer needs into product solutions.
• Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies and SaaS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver custom technical demos of the Lucid product suite to prospects and customers.
• Become a respected product expert internally and source of knowledge for customers.
• Engage with Product and Engineering to relay customer challenges and successes.
• Provide strategic problem-solving to improve SE team operations.
• Answer security related questions and address customer concerns.
• Collaborate with sales to develop and execute account plans.
