Fluent in English and Dutch with 3+ years of SaaS closing experience. The role blends remote work with on-site collaboration twice weekly in Amsterdam and requires Salesforce proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales closing experience in SaaS.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Experience in prospecting and closing business (Account Executive or similar).
• Experience in building personal relationships and expanding accounts.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Hybrid position: Amsterdam office two days per week (Tue & Thu).

Responsibilities

• Close business, prospect, and manage a book of accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service and expand Lucid adoption.
• Improve outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
• Create reliable forecasts linking pipeline to management.
• Become expert in value propositions, market, and personas.
• Embrace Teamwork Over Ego to support initiatives.
• Meet team standards on activity and SLAs.
