Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking an IT Service Technician to deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd line support for Mac and Windows across the organisation. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and email issues, manage tickets in HaloITSM, and assist with onboarding, device provisioning, and MDM tasks.

The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing 1st/2nd line IT support for Mac and Windows.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networks, and SaaS apps.
• Experience with M365, VPN, and email issues at user level.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues on Mac and Windows.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and SaaS license provisioning.
• Log and update tickets in HaloITSM; meet SLA targets.
• Assist with asset management and device setup.
• Offer excellent customer service and clear communication.
