Job summary

Artefact is hiring an IT Support Assistant to maintain workplace systems, office network, and meeting room technology. You will support users, troubleshoot devices, manage accounts, and coordinate hardware across Windows and Mac environments.

The role requires a proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work closely with HR and Finance. You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, inventory, security, and IT projects while collaborating with the IT Director.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience supporting end users across Windows and Apple devices
• Knowledge of user administration within Office 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and MDM solutions
• Friendly, proactive, and engaging approach to customer service with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage your own time, prioritizing and dealing with workload on your own initiative
• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or printer support experience
• Available full-time with the ability to travel to our Utrecht office 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Provide user support as the main point of contact for day-to-day IT queries
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues on Windows and Mac devices
• Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain and support meeting room technology for hybrid meetings
• Create guides and run IT inductions for new joiners
• Administer user accounts in Google Workspace and Office 365
• Onboard/offboard staff and coordinate IT equipment
• Maintain IT asset inventory and manage warranties
