Horizon3 in Amsterdam is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver hands-on technical help across the EMEA region, onsite and remote. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, accounts and collaboration tools, with a focus on end-user experience and fast resolution.

You bring 2–4 years in IT support, familiarity with MacOS/Windows, Jira Service Management, Okta or Entra, Jamf or Intune, and Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support, help desk or IT operations experience.
• Experience supporting both in-office and remote/distributed employees preferred.
• Proficient with MacOS/Windows and standard enterprise collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite technical support including hardware setup and network connectivity.
• Resolve help desk tickets for the distributed workforce, covering hardware, software and access.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning and account setup.
• Manage identity tasks like password resets and MFA, escalating complex requests.
• Support endpoint management: imaging, patch verification, asset tracking.
• Maintain records of tickets, assets and resolutions for reporting.
• Follow runbooks and update knowledge base; escalate high-impact issues timely.
• Collaborate with Security/IT Engineering on access control practices.
