Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking an IT Service Technician to provide high-quality 1st and 2nd line support across Mac and Windows environments. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, support M365 and email, and assist with onboarding, access management, and asset handling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange user issues.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms and device management.
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to document work and manage tickets in a ITSM system.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone, email and in‑person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and application issues on Mac and Windows.
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding (accounts and devices).
• Manage user access and licences for SaaS apps.
• Maintain asset records and assist with equipment setup and repairs.
• Deliver professional service and communicate effectively with users.
