Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group in Utrecht, NL seeks an IT Service Technician to deliver high-quality 1st/2nd line support for Mac and Windows environments. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, manage user accounts, licenses and access, and document each step in HaloITSM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Mac and Windows support with strong problem solving.
• Familiarity with M365, Exchange, and Entra ID administration.
• Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone, email and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and application issues across platforms.
• Manage user accounts, licenses and access to SaaS apps.
• Document actions in HaloITSM and meet SLA targets.
• Escalate complex issues to higher levels when needed.
• Maintain asset records and support equipment lifecycles.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
