Job summary

IT Solutions Worldwide B.V. is seeking an IT Support Officer to deliver 1st and 2nd line support across the Netherlands and Europe. You will handle end-user incidents, oversee system and identity administration, and support infrastructure and on-site needs.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, and basic networking. Dutch and English are essential, ITIL/WMS/ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• MBO Level 4+ in ICT or related field.
• 1–3+ years IT Support/Helpdesk experience.
• Dutch and English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and incident management.
• Conduct system, identity, and cloud administration tasks.
• Deliver operational, infrastructure, on-site support and documentation.
