Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group seeks an IT Service Technician to provide high-quality 1st and 2nd line support across the organisation. This role covers Mac and Windows environments, troubleshooting, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced service team.

You will log tickets in HaloITSM, assist with onboarding and access management, and help maintain asset records. Hybrid work from Utrecht with travel occasional.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with M365, Exchange, and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of MDM platforms and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues.
• Support Mac and Windows devices equally.
• Resolve M365 and email issues (user level).
• Troubleshoot VPN and network connectivity.
• Log and document tickets in HaloITSM; meet SLAs.
• Onboard/offboard users; manage SaaS access.
