Job summary

Justrite Safety Group in the Netherlands is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Barendrecht office and provide frontline technical support for computer systems and networking across 1,000 users. You will be the IT face, diagnosing issues, resolving tickets, and partnering with IT staff to meet service levels and goals.

Qualifications

• To ensure your success, a BS or related field is strongly preferred.
• Certification in CompTIA A+/Network+/MCP is a strong plus.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting on-site and remote users in a Windows based environment for 100+ users.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, O365, Exchange, AD, VPN, Wi‑Fi.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day IT Service Desk operations, prioritizing and troubleshooting end-user tickets.
• Provide end-user support across all machines and network hardware.
• Respond to customers via deskside, phone, email or Teams chat.
• Create and maintain standard work instructions for end-user computing and networks.
• Monitor critical production processes and technologies impacting operations.
