Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting on-site and remote users for over 1,000 users.
• Demonstrated experience in Directory Services and other networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for day-to-day operations of the IT Service Desk.
• Provide end-user support across all virtual and physical machines.
• Monitor all critical production processes and technologies.
