DENS BV in Helmond, the Netherlands, is looking for an IT Support specialist who can handle day-to-day IT issues and help improve our workspace tech. You will be the first contact for laptops, accounts, and workstation setups, and you will troubleshoot hardware, software, or network problems while explaining clearly to colleagues.

This role combines support, small projects, and workspace management in one position, with room to grow into systems administration or IT projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server OS, virtualization and Microsoft 365 management.
• Basic networking knowledge including switching, routing and firewalls.
• Service-minded and patient: able to explain to non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day IT support and first point of contact for colleagues.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues and communicating clearly.
• Preparing IT projects, migrations or expansions and participating in rollouts.
• Setting up laptops, user accounts and workstations for new colleagues.
