Job summary

JPGray - Netherlands is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist in Amersfoort with a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on accurate order handling, proactive customer communication, and timely issue resolution within a highly automated supply chain.

You will support end-to-end service delivery, monitor order and delivery flows, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with Supply Chain, Sales and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3–5 years of experience in Customer Operations or similar roles.
• Experience in a customer service environment, preferably within FMCG or logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely order entry, validation and processing across digital channels (EDI, web portals, robotic flows).
• Monitor order and delivery flows, identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Act as a point of contact for customers and logistics partners, providing proactive updates and managing expectations.
• Support execution of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process within a complex supply chain environment.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Assist with system testing, documentation and implementation during IT changes or upgrades.
• Maintain accurate administrative records to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Logistics) and build understanding of end-to-end processes.
