Job summary

Klipboard in the Netherlands is seeking a proactive O2C finance professional to support Dutch and Belgium entities, coordinating with UK teams. You will manage quotes, orders, invoicing and contract data within our ERP environment.

The role combines finance operations with cross-border collaboration and a hybrid work pattern, three days in the office and two days remote, to enable efficient workflows and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to take initiative.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quote to Invoice process across Dutch and Belgium entities.
• Support quotation creation and monitor backlog.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely invoicing.
• Manage contract masterdata and renewals.
• Coordinate cross-border activities with UK colleagues.
• Perform margin analysis on third-party sales.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate to improve standardized workflows.
