Customer Operations Specialist

5 months temporary

(extension possible)

Contract: Full-time (40h);

Contract: temporary for 5 months via JP Gray (extension possible)

Purpose of the job

In the role as Customer Operations Specialist, you will use your basic understanding of customer service and logistics practices and procedures to help execute well established logistics and operations activities for internal and external customers.

What you will be doing as Customer Operations Specialist:

• Processing customer orders in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
• Coordinating import/export shipments (air and sea freight)
• Preparing transport documentation
• Communicating with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Resolving claims and errors in order processing
• Using WMS systems for order status and customer information
• Reporting and follow-up on shipments

• 1-2 years of working experience
