Job summary

JPGray - Netherlands is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist for a hybrid role in Amersfoort, NL. The position involves owning and improving customer-related processes, coordinating pricing, rebates, and contracts, and tracking KPIs across European markets.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics and Shared Services to streamline operations and support the business transformation. English required; French or Dutch an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level (HBO) or MBO+ with significant relevant experience.
• Experience in Customer Operations, Customer Service, Sales Support, Commercial Operations or Supply Chain.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate critical customer-related operational processes.
• Support pricing administration, rebate management and contract-related activities.
• Monitor customer performance and service KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support customer inquiries, sample management and commercial requests.
• Prepare performance reports, action trackers and management updates.
• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics and Shared Services teams.
• Contribute to process standardisation and harmonisation across multiple countries.
• Help shape and further develop a newly established function.
