Job summary

Oatly is seeking an HR Generalist based at our Vlissingen production site to support colleagues across Vlissingen, Amsterdam and Brussels. You’ll manage contracts, payroll inputs, onboarding, and end-to-end HR processes while ensuring compliance and a people-first approach.

You’ll partner with the People Business Partner Benelux, help drive recruitment, onboarding and workplace initiatives, and occasionally travel to Amsterdam to connect with teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong recruitment skills and candidate experience.
• Comfort with HR systems; AI/automation curiosity is a plus.
• Attention to detail with empathy and judgement.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Based in Vlissingen or surrounding area with commuting ease.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: contracts, files, sick leave, payroll inputs.
• Recruitment: end-to-end sourcing, interviews, candidate experience.
• Onboarding: Workday, IT access, training, welcoming.
• Workplace: maintain safe, healthy, and welcoming environment.
• Collaboration: partner with Benelux People Partner; occasional Amsterdam travel.
