AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Netherlands and Belgium cluster. The role partners with the HRBP and HR Operations Specialist to deliver compliant people processes and employee lifecycle administration across both countries.

You will coordinate onboarding, contracts, changes, transfers, promotions and offboarding, manage benefits and leave records, and provide confidential HR support while ensuring privacy and accuracy in all records.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical HR experience.
• At least 3 years HR operations/generalist experience.
• Knowledge of Dutch employment legislation; Belgian requirements a plus.
• Experience with HR portals and occupational-health processes; ArboNed familiarity a plus.
• Experience with HRIS and confidential records; multi-country support a plus.
• Payroll experience desirable to support absences.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch preferred; French an asset.

Mansioni

• Support onboarding, contracts, changes, transfers, promotions and offboarding across NL and BE.
• Administer benefits and leave records; support HR audits and reporting.
• Coordinate sickness absence and liaise with ArboNed.
• Provide temporary payroll cover during absences; does not own monthly payroll.
• Coordinate approved recruitment and organizational changes; assist learning and policy communications.
• Handle confidential information with privacy and safety compliance.
