Hello potential future Oatly employee.
Hello potential future Oatly employee. It's us, the original oat drink company.
We're looking for an HR Generalist who loves being close to both people and the business. Based at our production site in Vlissingen, you'll support colleagues across Vlissingen, Amsterdam and Brussels and work across pretty much the entire employee lifecycle. Recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, payroll, absence management: you'll get broad exposure and plenty of room to make things even better.
As our HR Generalist, you'll help us make sure Oatly is a great place to work. Broad, right? Well, that's exactly what makes this role interesting.
You'll take on a hands‑on role supporting our production site in Vlissingen and our Sales teams in Amsterdam and Brussels, helping us grow in a structured, human and compliant way. You'll be based in Vlissingen and report to our People Business Partner Benelux. Here's an overview of what you would do:
Finally, we hope you share our values and enthusiasm for our mission, so together we can make the world a little bit better, one cup at a time.
We promised ourselves we wouldn't make another massive list, so here's the short version: a bunch of cool colleagues, an international working environment, 30 days of holiday plus bank holidays, an awesome new office next to our factory (with excellent cappoatccinos), a cost‑free pension plan, bike plan, vitality allowance and tools to support your mental and physical wellbeing.
Not bad, right?
