I&L Biosystems GmbH is seeking an independent HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across the Benelux, collaborating with international HR colleagues. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, supporting payroll, recruitment, absence management, and process improvements across the organization.

Competenze

• Completed qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a broad HR role.
• Knowledge of Dutch employment laws and regulations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with HR systems and digital processes/tools.
