Job summary

Oatly AB is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Vlissingen site and collaborate with teams in Amsterdam and Brussels. You will cover HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle activities to ensure compliant and people-focused processes.

The role requires a hands-on, proactive mindset with Dutch and English fluency, and willingness to travel to Amsterdam occasionally. Based in Vlissingen, you will report to the People Business Partner BeNeLux.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of hands-on HR generalist experience across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: contracts, files, sick leave, payroll inputs, day-to-day HR questions.
• Recruitment: end-to-end hiring with Hiring Managers, candidate experience.
• Onboarding: Workday access, training, and onboarding sessions.
• Workplace: maintain safe, healthy, welcoming workplace.
• Collaboration: partner with People Business Partner BeNeLux and global teams.
