EMEA Recruitment is partnering with an international organization to appoint a HR Business Partner. HQ-based with 4 days in the office, you will shape people strategy and support expansion across European markets for HQ and Retail.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HRBP who thrives in a dynamic international environment and aims to make a real impact. Fluent in English; Dutch highly desirable, other European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods or similar people-driven industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Confident working across HQ and Retail populations.
• Fluent in English; Dutch highly desirable; other European languages a plus.
• Interest in learning, growth and international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across HQ and Retail.
• Lead growth, change initiatives, and workforce planning.
• Lead and support HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Contribute to scalable HR practices as they expand into new European markets.
• Act as trusted advisor to managers and employees on people topics.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure a strong employee experience.
• Coach and support Junior HR Business Partners in Retail.
