Expereo International in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our global People team and drive organisational transformation, employee engagement and effectiveness across the Netherlands, Poland and France.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will partner with Digital Office leadership to design organisation structures, people plans and leadership development, while coaching senior leaders to build a high‑performing, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' progressive HR experience, including at least three years in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within an international, matrixed organisation.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to support organisational transformation, change management and business performance.
• Strong understanding of organisation design, organisational effectiveness and workforce capability planning.
• Demonstrable experience translating employee engagement insights into practical initiatives that strengthen culture and performance.
• Experience supporting technology, digital, product or other evolving business functions would be highly advantageous.
• Sound understanding of Dutch employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different levels and cultures.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Digital Office leadership to enable delivery of the transformation roadmap, ensuring organisational design, capabilities and ways of working are aligned to evolving business priorities.
• Support the transition towards a product-centric operating model, helping establish clear accountabilities, effective team structures and collaborative ways of working.
• Work with leaders to assess organisational effectiveness, identify opportunities to simplify structures, improve decision-making and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate business priorities into practical people plans, supporting workforce planning, capability development and organisational change.
• Act as a trusted change partner, supporting leaders to navigate transformation, build commitment and embed sustainable changes across their teams.
• Use organisational insights, employee feedback and people data to identify opportunities to improve performance and effectiveness.
