Job summary

EVEREC is seeking an experienced People Leader to build and manage people practices across Europe from its Eindhoven base. The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on HR delivery, including recruitment, coaching, and employee relations in multiple markets.

You will advise senior leaders, design organisational structures, and ensure local policies are implemented consistently across the UK, Benelux and Nordic regions. The role requires strong English and adaptability to diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Experience as a People Partner or HR lead advising senior leaders on organisation and performance.

Responsibilities

• Review employment practices, contracts and policies across markets (UK, Benelux, Nordic).
• Keep HR documentation current and coordinate with payroll/service providers.
• Advise leaders on organisational design, reporting lines and headcount needs.
• Help leaders manage skills gaps, responsibilities and organisational change.
• Coach managers on performance, feedback and development routines.
