Job summary

Under Armour Amsterdam is seeking a Sr. Director, HRBP – EMEA to drive HR leadership, talent strategy, succession planning and organizational design for the regional business units.

You will influence senior leaders and shape a high-performing, compliant HR function across Europe. In this hybrid role, you will coach cross-functional teams, collaborate with global HR COEs, and ensure effective employee relations and program delivery while aligning with local regulations and Works Council

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or higher) from a four-year college or university.
• Proven knowledge of core HR processes incl. performance management, org design, leadership development, talent management, comp & succession.

Responsibilities

• Consult, coach and influence regional leadership on people strategy.
• Lead and develop the EMEA HR POD and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and labor councils across jurisdictions.
• Partner with global HR COEs to deliver talent acquisition, rewards and development programs.
