Nespresso Netherlands is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to translate business priorities into a strong people agenda and to act as a trusted partner and coach across the organization.

You will work with leaders to build high‑performing teams, drive organizational development, and use data to inform people decisions, contributing to the overall performance of the business. The role offers hybrid working in the Netherlands and competitive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Around 5 years of broad HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience in Retail and/or Customer Service preferred.
• Expertise across organizational change, performance, talent development, coaching and employee relations.
• Business-oriented and analytical approach, translating needs into people solutions.
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills.

• Shape and execute the people strategy, translating business priorities into HR actions.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen leadership and build high-performing, engaged teams.
• Drive organizational development and change to improve structures and ways of working.
• Lead talent and performance management, including development, succession and performance.
• Use people insights and data to strengthen engagement and business decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Talent, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits.
