OSI Foods GmbH & Co. KG, Beuningen, is seeking a precise HR Administrative to oversee personnel administration, onboarding, and HR data integrity in a global production environment. You will manage RexxHR, ATOSS, and the intranet, while supporting payroll and handling staff inquiries.

The role requires MBO4 in HRM or related field, experience in HR administration, and fluency in Dutch and English. A stable, international setting with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Requires MBO 4 level in HRM or related field.
• Experience in an administrative HR role is essential.
• Fluent Dutch and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process personnel administration.
• Draft employment contracts and changes to HR documents.
• Handle onboarding, transfers, and offboarding of employees.
• Maintain and update HR systems (RexxHR, ATOSS, intranet).
• Support payroll administration with accurate staff data.
• Respond to administrative HR questions from staff and managers.
• Prepare HR reports and assist HR projects.
• Suggest improvements to HR processes and systems.
