Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a HR Coordinator or HR Administrator.
• HR and/or payroll administration experience supporting employees in Germany, Austria or the Netherlands.
• Fluent English and German; additional European languages advantageous.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience using HR systems, employee databases or ticketing systems; Workday knowledge beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, promotions and leavers.
• Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and employment-related communications.
• Maintain and update employee records across HR systems with GDPR compliance.
• Support monthly payroll administration with payroll providers and Finance.
• Be the first point of contact for HR queries and support salary and performance reviews.
