Job summary

GoodLife Foods group in Katwijk is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations, ensure accurate employee administration and assist employees and managers with HR processes and systems. You will work closely with HR and the wider business, handling onboarding, changes, transfers and offboarding in Workday.

The role requires 1–2 years in HR Operations, strong administrative skills, confidentiality and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or similar role.
• Workday experience is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of core employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling employee information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract changes, transfers and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in Workday and other HR systems.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR operational questions and requests.
• Own first-line Workday support and coordinate issue resolution.
• Prepare employment documents, letters and HR correspondence.
• Support HR operations, reporting, audits and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and other stakeholders to resolve operational matters.
• Create and maintain process documentation and guidelines.
