Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking an HR Operations Specialist in Amsterdam to join the People & Culture team. You will manage onboarding to offboarding, maintain HR records in Workday, and support payroll for Belgium & Luxembourg while improving processes and service delivery.

The role requires experience in HR operations, knowledge of BeNeLux employment laws, and strong data accuracy. Candidates should be fluent in Dutch and English with an international mindset. Hybrid work in Amsterdam is offered.

• Knowledge of employment laws in BeNeLux.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain employee data and HR documentation in Workday.
• Support BeNeLux payroll activities.
• Handle requests via ServiceNow and HR platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance and stakeholders across BeNeLux.
