Job summary

Interfood is seeking an HR Support Coordinator / Junior HR Business Partner to join our team in the Netherlands. You will coordinate and support HR processes, manage employee data, and support payroll and benefits while gradually taking on advisory responsibilities.

You will work closely with managers on performance, development, recruitment and employee relations, under guidance from experienced HR colleagues, and contribute to developing standardized HR processes in an international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience and experience with HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple HR processes and a proactive, accurate and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience working in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support HR processes; maintain accurate HR data and documentation; support payroll and benefits processes.
• Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions.
• Manage an HR Business Partner portfolio under guidance, developing advisory skills while handling coordination roles.
• Contribute to HR projects and help improve and standardize HR processes.
