Job summary

Hotel V & The Lobby in Amsterdam is seeking a friendly front desk professional to manage reservations, welcome guests, and ensure a smooth stay. You will assist guests with local recommendations and special requests while coordinating with staff to keep operations running smoothly.

We value flexibility, a positive attitude, and at least 1 year in hospitality; Dutch language is a plus and knowledge of PMS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience (preferably in a hotel).
• Fluent in English and preferably Dutch.
• Knowledge of reservations system PMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and guest check-in/out.
• Welcome guests and ensure they feel at home.
• Provide local recommendations and assist with requests.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
