Job summary

Embloom is seeking a Customer Support Employee to be the first point of contact for our users, delivering telephone and written support for a variety of inquiries. You will work with a team of enthusiastic colleagues and collaborate across departments to ensure customers are helped to complete satisfaction.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO level with ICT training or similar.
• Affinity with healthcare and customer service.
• Dutch and English with basic German preferred.
• Commercial, customer- and results-oriented attitude.
• Experience with CRM and ticket systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to users via a ticket system.
• Advise on application possibilities and answer routine questions.
• Monitor progress of technical questions and provide feedback.
• Handle simple custom requests and draft user manuals.
• Identify common problems and update the knowledge base.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
