Siemens Healthineers, Varian Radiation Therapy division, is seeking a senior commercial leader to head the Netherlands business. You will shape country strategy, drive growth, and strengthen long-term partnerships with hospitals, radiotherapy institutes, and procurement leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in medical technology or complex B2B environments.
• Strong track record in strategic sales, business development, tenders, and negotiations.
• Experience managing performance metrics: growth, profitability, forecasting, risk.
• Ability to engage with clinical, operational, procurement and executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading across local, regional, and global teams.
• International account management is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; willing to travel within NL and Europe.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Varian Radiation Therapy business in the Netherlands, accountable for growth, customer satisfaction, market share, and financial performance.
• Shape and execute the country strategy in collaboration with Siemens Healthineers Netherlands and Varian leadership.
• Build senior-level relationships with hospitals, radiotherapy institutes, and procurement leaders.
• Drive opportunities, tenders, negotiations, and account plans in a complex healthcare environment.
• Act as executive sponsor for key customers and major opportunities with cross-functional coordination.
• Lead selected international key accounts by aligning country teams and developing partnerships.
• Coach and develop the Dutch team to foster a collaborative, accountable culture.
• Represent Varian in the Netherlands matrix organization.
