• Shape and execute the country strategy in collaboration with Siemens Healthineers Netherlands and regional Varian leadership.
• Build trusted senior-level relationships with hospitals, radiotherapy institutes, procurement leaders, and key opinion leaders.
• Drive strategic opportunities, tenders, negotiations, and account plans in a complex healthcare environment.
• Coach and develop the Dutch team, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
• Represent Varian Business area in the local organization and coordinate across sales, service, marketing, project management, and leadership teams.
