Job summary

Cpl Life Sciences is partnering with a fast-growing global oncology biopharma to recruit a Key Account Manager covering the Netherlands. This field-based role focuses on a momentum-filled portfolio with hospital accounts.

You will own defined accounts, perform stakeholder mapping, and drive omnichannel engagement across face-to-face, remote, and approved digital channels, collaborating with Medical Affairs and a contracting specialist to navigate access barriers.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty care, preferably haemato-oncology.
• Track record managing complex hospital accounts in the Netherlands.
• Ability to gain and expand access in restricted environments.
• Established network with Dutch stakeholders is a strong plus.
• Fluent Dutch and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of priority hospital accounts in the Netherlands.
• Conduct full account planning: stakeholder mapping, patient flow, formulary status, competitive positioning.
• Engage omnichannel across face-to-face, remote, and approved digital channels.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and a contracting specialist to navigate access barriers.
