Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG, through its Varian Radiation Therapy division, seeks a senior commercial leader to head the Netherlands business. You will own growth, market development, and key account strategies, engaging with hospitals, institutes, and procurement leaders to advance cancer care solutions.

You will shape country strategy, build executive-level relationships, and steer complex tenders and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in medical technology, healthcare solutions, or complex B2B environments.
• Strong track record in strategic sales, business development, tenders, negotiations, and long-term customer partnerships.
• Experience managing business performance: growth, profitability, forecasting, risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Varian Radiation Therapy business in the Netherlands, accountable for growth, customer satisfaction, market share, and financial performance.
• Shape and execute the country strategy in close collaboration with Siemens Healthineers Netherlands and regional Varian leadership.
• Build trusted senior-level relationships with hospitals, radiotherapy institutes, academic centres, procurement leaders, and key opinion leaders.
• Drive strategic opportunities, tenders, negotiations, and account plans in a complex healthcare environment.
• Act as executive sponsor for key customers and major opportunities, ensuring coordination across sales, service, marketing, project management, and leadership teams.
• Lead selected international key accounts by aligning country teams and developing long-term partnership strategies.
• Coach and develop the Dutch team, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
