You will own growth strategy across Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, CRM, and Sales Development, building a scalable engine and leading a seasoned team.

• 7+ years in Growth or Marketing with leadership.
• Strong B2B marketing experience in tech/SaaS.
• Expertise across Performance Marketing, CRM, and demand generation.
• Hands-on with HubSpot and modern marketing technology stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing and Sales Development teams with clear direction and accountability.
• Build and execute a scalable, multi-channel growth strategy across paid, organic, CRM, and lead qualification.
• Drive improvements in lead generation, pipeline, CAC, and ROAS.
• Align Marketing with Sales, Product, and Customer Success along the full customer journey.
• Refine value proposition and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Establish goals, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making across teams.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
